King’s abdication “first clever move” to stop Catalan independence

Carme Forcadell, president of the pro-independence organisation Catalan National Assembly said in a public event that the abdication of the King of Spain, Juan Carlos I, may well be “the very first clever move” the Spanish state has done in order to stop Catalan independence.
