Cabinet counsellors Dolors Bassa and Meritxell Borràs have left jail after spending almost a month imprisoned, as soon as their bail bonds of one hundred thousand euros each were deposited. It has emerged that the tenant at the apartment in Balsareny, where a fire was allegedly caused by the malicious burning of a Spanish flag, is an ultra-right-waing radical, who spent the afternoon prior to the fire ringing the doorbell of the local Mayor’s house, harassing them and burning Catalan flags.
